2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on stylesbijoux.myshopify.com and apply to all customers worldwide.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products

All items are handmade in small batches.
Product photos may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor differences, and the artisanal nature of each piece.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in EUR or the currency selected by the customer.
As a micro-entreprise under French regulation (Article 293 B of the CGI), VAT may not be applicable.

Shipping fees may apply and are shown at checkout.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
PayPal

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Handmade and personalised items may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

8. Personalised Items

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, product descriptions and branding belong to S Styles Bijoux and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
delays due to carriers or customs
misuse of products after delivery

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes should first be resolved through customer service.
